The Tornado in Grow a Garden 2's Fall Harvest update is not a weather you wait for — it is an effect a player summons with the Wind Staff. It lasts 10 seconds, traps nearby players by pulling them in, and puts the staff on a 10-minute cooldown. The Wind Staff itself is an Epic gear from the Fall Harvest Gear Shop at 2,000,000 Leaves or 399 Robux, and it can only be purchased once. Roblox's badge API shows the "Tornado!" badge awarded 18,509 times.
How to get Tornado
Buy the Wind Staff and use it. The Wind Staff sells in the Fall Harvest Gear Shop for 2,000,000 Leaves or 399 Robux, restocks at 100%, and is limited to one purchase per account. Note that the wiki's Wind Staff infobox currently reads obtainable? = No while its own Obtainment section still describes the shop entry — the wiki contradicts itself, so check in-game before budgeting 2,000,000 Leaves. A tornado also appears as a hazard in the Admin Party's "Last to Leave" minigame, but that event has ended.

Tips
- A 10-second effect on a 10-minute cooldown is a 1.7% uptime. The Wind Staff is a situational player-control tool, not something you build a strategy around.
- It is not a weather event. If you are looking for the thing that changes your whole server's sky and mutates crops, you want the Weather system — Rain, Lightning, Rainbow, Snowfall, Starfall, Aurora, Sunburst — not the Tornado.
- Because the Wind Staff is one-per-account, the 2,000,000 Leaves is a permanent unlock rather than a consumable. That changes the maths versus the Bull Horn at 800,000 Leaves, which is also one-time.
- 18,509 Tornado badges against 611,235 Fall Harvest badges means roughly 3% of players who entered the world have triggered one — consistent with a 2,000,000-Leaf gate.
