Its leaked effect text describes an entire unreleased game mode: using the lure "joins a hunt for a wild Mythic pet," and once 5–8 hunters gather, players are "whisked into a private arena to compete for it," with a refund "if no hunt forms in time." Per the wiki infobox it costs 799 Robux — and Robux only: no Sheckle price exists anywhere in the wikitext, so any Sheckle figure quoted elsewhere is unsourced. It is the middle tier of a three-lure family (Legendary 99 / Mythic 799 / Super 1,999 Robux), and its asset file is named "Mythic Pet Teleporter Tool.png," hinting the item was renamed from a "Pet Teleporter" during development. The original Grow a Garden wiki has no page for any Pet Lure or Pet Teleporter — the system first appears in GAG2.

How to get Mythic Pet Lure
Not currently obtainable. The Grow A Garden 2 Wiki marks the Mythic Pet Lure as Unobtainable: "The intended obtainment method of a Mythic Pet Lure is unknown. It cannot be obtained through standard gameplay and requires admin-rights or testing-rights to acquire." The leaked infobox lists a price of 799 Robux with no Sheckle option, which points to a direct Robux purchase once the wild-pet hunt mode ships — but no shop listing exists yet, and the wiki page carries no date-added or release date. The next content window to watch is August 1–2, 2026: the Admin Party event (August 1) and the Fall Harvest experience (August 2, entered through Ethan at the Explorer Stand). Note that neither event page's wikitext mentions the Pet Lures, so that association is timing, not confirmation — we will update this page with the real obtainment method the moment it goes live.

Tips
- Treat any trader offering a 'Mythic Pet Lure' today as a scam — the gear is admin-/testing-locked and cannot legitimately be in a regular player's inventory yet.
- Ignore any Sheckle price you see quoted for this item on third-party sites: the only price in the wiki's wikitext is 799 Robux, with no Sheckle template at all — any Sheckle figure has no source.
- If the hunt mode ships at the leaked prices, the Legendary Pet Lure (99 Robux) is the cheap way to test the 5–8-player arena mechanics before committing 799 Robux to a Mythic hunt — and the 'refunded if no hunt forms' clause suggests low-population servers may struggle to fill queues.
- Watch the August 1 Admin Party and August 2 Fall Harvest launch: a Robux-priced queue item needs a live matchmaking mode behind it, so the Pet Lures going on sale would signal the wild-pet hunt arena is finally active.
