Fall Rainbow Egg โ Grow a Garden 2
The Fall Rainbow Egg is the scarcest of the four Cornucopia eggs and, at the same time, the one nobody can tell you the value of. Inside the Cornucopia's Eggs category it holds a 4% share, against 62% for the Fall Common Egg, 25% for the Fall Big Egg and 9% for the Fall Mega Egg โ 15.5 Commons for every Rainbow, though all four of those are within-category shares, not per-roll chances. The real problem starts after it hatches. For Big and Mega the wiki prints numbers you can act on: a Dog's bite radius goes 4 studs to 6 (Big) to 8 (Mega) and its ragdoll 2 seconds to 3 to 4; a Hedgehog knocks back 1.3x farther as a Big and 1.7x as a Mega; a Wolf howls up 3 pets normally, 5 as a Big, 8 as a Mega. For Rainbow there is exactly one published figure across the whole Fall Harvest set. It is on the Fox page: after "Big Foxes steal 2 seeds and travel at 1.5x speed, Mega Foxes steal 3 seeds and travel at 2x speed," the wiki adds "An additional multiplier of 1.25x is applied if the Fox is rainbow." Which stat that 1.25x multiplies, and whether it combines with the Big or Mega tiers, is not stated anywhere. For the other seven pets in this egg's pool โ Dog, Turkey, Hedgehog, Squirrel, Swan, Wolf and Shadow Dragon โ there is no rainbow figure at all: not a smaller number, not a zero, nothing. The egg's table says the same thing structurally: its eight weights sit in the plain Chance column with the Big Chance and Mega Chance columns left as dashes, the Figure column swaps in rainbow pet icons, and none of the four Fall egg tables even carries a Rainbow Chance column (the Admin Chest table does carry one). Those eight weights โ Dog 30% down to Shadow Dragon 0.0524% โ are raw weights that add up to 118.05%, not probabilities, and they are identical across all four Fall eggs. So the honest read is this: the Fall Rainbow Egg is the hardest of the four to pull and the one where nobody, this page included, can tell you what you actually gained.
How to get Fall Rainbow Egg
Cornucopia Quests. The wiki records one obtainment line for this egg โ "obtainable through Cornucopia Quests" โ and no price; nothing else about how it is acquired is documented, so treat "quests" as what is on record rather than as a stated restriction. Each Cornucopia hands out 5 rolls, and every roll first picks a category and then an item inside that category. The Fall Rainbow Egg is the 4% slice of the Eggs category, the smallest of the four (Fall Common Egg 62%, Fall Big Egg 25%, Fall Mega Egg 9%). The weight the game uses to pick the Eggs category in the first place has never been published, so 4% is a within-category share, not a per-roll chance: your true chance is 4% multiplied by an unpublished category weight, which makes 4% a ceiling you will never actually reach. Any site quoting a flat "eggs per Cornucopia" number is filling in a figure the wiki does not have. Two things not to confuse this with. First, the Fall Harvest pet pages quote a single map-spawn chance per pet (Fox 0.1%, Dog 0.75%, Shadow Dragon 0.00464%) and never split it by variant, so those are not rainbow rates. Second, the plain "Rainbow Egg" listed in the Admin Chest at 1.4% is a different item from a different source โ the Admin Chest itself comes from the Admin Party, not from Cornucopia Quests.
Fall Rainbow Egg stats
| Rarity | Super โ the same tier as the Fall Mega Egg; the Fall Big Egg is Mythic and the Fall Common Egg is Common |
|---|---|
| Price | None listed. The wiki records only "obtainable through Cornucopia Quests" |
| Share of the Eggs category | 4%, the smallest of the four Fall eggs (Common 62%, Big 25%, Mega 9%). This is a within-category share โ the weight for picking the Eggs category is unpublished, so it is not a per-roll chance |
| Pet pool | Dog 30%, Turkey 22%, Hedgehog 22%, Fox 16%, Squirrel 12%, Swan 8%, Wolf 8%, Shadow Dragon 0.0524% โ raw weights summing to 118.05%, not probabilities, and identical across all four Fall eggs |
| Published rainbow numbers | Exactly one, on the Fox: "an additional multiplier of 1.25x is applied if the Fox is rainbow." Dog, Turkey, Hedgehog, Squirrel, Swan, Wolf and Shadow Dragon have none |
| What the 1.25x applies to | Not stated. The wiki does not say which stat it multiplies, nor how it interacts with the Big and Mega tiers |
| Big/Mega sub-odds from this egg | Both columns are dashes. Of the four Fall eggs, only the Fall Common Egg fills more than one column โ it lists a Dog at 30% Chance plus 0.6% Big and 0.03% Mega |
| Table quirk | The four Fall egg tables have Chance, Big Chance and Mega Chance columns but no Rainbow Chance column; this egg marks its variant only by using rainbow pet icons in the Figure column |
| Not to be confused with | The plain Rainbow Egg listed in the Admin Chest at 1.4% โ a separate item from a separate source |

Tips
- The Fox is the only pet in this pool with a documented rainbow payoff, and it is 16% of the weight table (fourth behind Dog 30% and the two 22% pets). But read the line carefully before you chase it: the wiki says only that "an additional multiplier of 1.25x is applied if the Fox is rainbow" โ it never says what the 1.25x multiplies, and it never says it can be combined with a Big or Mega Fox. This egg's Big Chance and Mega Chance columns are dashes, so there is no published route from a Fall Rainbow Egg to a Big or Mega anything in the first place.
- Ignore any ranking of which pets "benefit most" or "least" from Rainbow โ including rankings you will find on other sites. Seven of the eight pets here have no published rainbow figure, and no published figure is not the same as no effect. The only defensible statement is the boring one: one pet has a number, seven do not.
- If you want a stat you can read before you commit, the Fall Mega Egg is the egg with published numbers โ an 8-stud bite and 4-second ragdoll on a Dog, 1.7x knockback on a Hedgehog, 8 pets per howl on a Wolf. The Fall Rainbow Egg buys scarcity and appearance plus one 1.25x line on one pet. That may still be what you want; just do not expect the wiki to justify it with numbers.
- Chasing a Shadow Dragon? All four Fall eggs carry the identical 0.0524% weight for it, so this egg gives you no better shot โ it is the rarest wrapper around the same pool. The Fall Common Egg's 62% share of the Eggs category puts far more eggs in your hands at that same weight. Come here only if the rainbow version specifically is the point.
- Read 4% as a ceiling, not a rate. The Cornucopia picks a category before it picks an item, and the category weight is unpublished, so your true per-roll chance is 4% times something smaller than one, across 5 rolls per Cornucopia. Budget quest time around "rarer than 4% per roll" and treat any exact eggs-per-Cornucopia figure as invented.
